Application Procedure
The admission process at The Scholar School is designed to be simple and transparent, welcoming prospective students to our academic community. To begin, obtain the prospectus and registration form either from the school office or online. Complete the registration form within the designated timeframe, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
During the admission process, parents are required to provide the child's immunization chart and original birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation. It's important to note that changes to the date of birth will not be accommodated after admission.
For students transferring from other schools, Transfer Certificates must be counter-signed by the Inspector of Schools or relevant state officer to facilitate a smooth transition. Additionally, submission of required documents, including government-approved identification and passport-size photographs, is essential for verification purposes.
Lastly, payment of the admission fee secures enrollment, marking the beginning of an enriching educational journey at The Scholar School.
Application For Admission
Fully filled application forms, accompanied by the following documents, must be submitted during registration for admission.
Obtain the prospectus and registration form from the school office or online.
Complete the registration form and submit it to the school office within the specified timeframe.
Bring the child's immunization chart and original birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation during the admission process.
Ensure no changes in the date of birth after admission.
Transfer Certificates from previous schools must be counter-signed by the relevant authority.
Original birth certificate and government-approved identification documents (e.g., AADHAR, Passport) for verification.
Submission of the admission application in the provided form.
The school reserves the right to withdraw/cancel admission if supporting documents are inadequate.
Provide photocopies of the date of birth certificate and five passport-size photographs of the ward and parents.
Pay the requisite registration fee for obtaining the prospectus and registration form.
